Naxes with the intention of studying, perform and popularize the rich repertoire of Italian music school.
From 2004 faces just quest'obbiettivo, the founding members have introduced and led the project “Sounds Italian” in Italy and abroad through concerts, master, events, conventions and conferences, for the diffusion of Italian musical culture, and specifically classic Neapolitan.
E’ It was then inaugurated the headquarters of Reggio Calabria with the first edition (2006) of “International Courses of Musical Improvement Italian Sound in the world”, that from the first year they had a great appreciation of the public and participants; along with courses, were included in the tour of the inauguration events “Italian sounds in the world” the Italian repertoire, held by the faculty, and the '700 Neapolitan music, with vocal and instrumental ensemble of the association, formed by professionals from the world of music. The international courses in Music and Concerts “Italian sounds in the world“, have become, in the years, a reality at the highest level thanks to the increasing quality of training promoted by the high artistic value of the involved teachers and musicians.
The association was established in the city of Reggio Calabria at the behest of its chairman, Maestro Tiziana Pizzi, who was born and grew up musically in this wonderful land and then take it wherever the evidence has led to the continuation of his career.
For the pursuit of its institutional purposes the Association is articulated on two locations: Reggio Calabria and Rome.
To date, musical association Reggina Domenico Scarlatti continues its work of spreading the Italian repertoire and the training of young talents, activities with always evolving.
