A musical journey into nineteenth-century Italy
The “Il Salotto Musicale dell'800” event is conceived as a dive into the past, recreating the typical atmosphere of the bourgeois and noble salons of nineteenth-century Naples.
The intent is to offer the public an immersive experience, where the musical notes intertwine with the reading of poems and literary songs, evoking emotions that range from passion to sadness, From happiness to hilarity. The chamber arias and the lounge romances by Francesco Paolo Tosti, famous Italian composer, they will alternate with the waltzes and the author's Neapolitan songs, creating a highly suggestive sound mosaic.
The artists involved in this show are of the highest level: Bruna Tredicine, soprano, Tiziana Pizzi, contralto, and Massimo Simeoli, baritone, they will give voice to the melodies, while Emilia Nigro on violin and Mirco Roverelli on piano will accompany the performances, further enriching the performance. The choice of musical repertoire was carefully chosen to guarantee an evening of artistic quality and emotional variety.
