He took his first steps in mworld of music as a white voice at the San Carlo Theater in Naples, working from an early age with great conductors and great singers; he then dedicated himself to studying the violin. He graduated from the S.Pietro a Majella Conservatory in Naples with Angelo Gaudino (student of Alberto Curci); he attended chamber music and orchestra courses in Fiesole and Palermo, perfecting himself with Giuseppe Prencipe, Angelo Faja per l’orchestra, Carlo Pozzi, Giacinto Caramia and the Trieste Trio for chamber music, participating in various tours throughout Italy and Europe. He followed the chamber music courses held to Daniel Gaj and the International Specialization Course of Sulmona with Trio Tchaikovskij. He studied composition with Bruno Mazzotta and Gioacchino Longobardi.
After his youthful experiences withItalian Orchestra of Fiesole and theSicilian Chamber Orchestra of Palermo, He has played with the following orchestras: Professors Alessandro Scarlattthe of Naples, San Carlo Theater Orchestra of Naples, Philharmonic Orchestra of Naples, International Orchestra of Italy, Chamber Orchestra Napoli, The Soloists of the Chamber Orchestra of Naples, Sophia Festival Orchestra, The Neapolitan Symphony Orchestra.
He recorded for the Rai il Trio in the minor sun’ Of B. Sour cream and in trio and duo formation he won numerous national competitions carrying out an intense solo concert activity in Italy and abroad.
Besides that, has dedicated himself for years to the study and research of unpublished or rarely performed pieces from the Neapolitan School of Eighteenth-Century Music, taking care of the transcription and revision, and in collaboration with the Domenico Scarlatti International Institute has brought to light countless masterpieces of this school: il ‘Requiem’Of Niccolò Jommelli (Aversa International Conference '97); the ‘Sinfonia Venice' Of Pasquale Anfossi in whose andante we can see the "Mozart Plagiarism" which was reported on the front page of "La Stampa" of Turin, the “The Times” of London and all the national and foreign press.
On the occasion of the celebrations of the bicentenary of the Neapolitan Revolution of 1799, organized and sponsored by the Identity Department of the Municipality of Naples, oversaw the revision and execution of the Drama ‘The Pythagoreans’ Of Giovanni Paisiello e Vincenzo Monti, written to commemorate the victims of the Revolution. For the International Festival of 18th century Neapolitan music – Naples the 2/12 /99 – sponsored by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, European Parliament and Campania Region, he revised several unpublished scores including the ‘Concerto for flute and strings’ Of Nicola Logroscino and the 3° chorus from “Abraham's Sacrifice” for choir and organ by Domenico Cimarosa, performed at the Court Theater of the Royal Palace of Naples to remember the illustrious Ukrainian tenor Anatoli Solovianenko. He found out, revised and transcribed Symphony for two lyres and orchestra, attributed to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, set up in Paris on the occasion of the Music Festival.
He revised and recorded, as first violin of the Naples Chamber Orchestra, he CD 'Neapolitan Symphony', unpublished symphonies of 18th century Neapolitan music (Before Concerto). In April 2004 in the Sala Bulgaria in Sofia he revised and recorded the 'Solemn Mass in D Major’ Of Niccolò Jommelli for only, choir and orchestra with lSofia Festival Orchestra as first violin e master concertmaster. In November 2007 he performed in a duo with the Maestro Roberto Gabbiani at the piano in the Scarlatti room of the S. Conservatory. Pietro a Majella of Naples, for the 250° anniversary of the death of Domenico Scarlatti, with a program of sonatas by the famous Neapolitan musician.
In the 2007 it was the Concert Master of the Orchestra of Neapolitan Music Society in New York, as well Artistic Director (dal 2007 al 2010) of American society. He performed on tours in America in 2007/8, in various theaters in the city of Albany and New York, at the Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimò of New York University, e allo ‘Jack H.Skirball Center for the Performing Arts’ (April 2008) at NY come first violin (Concert Master) from the Neapolitan Symphony Orchestra, enjoying widespread and warm success.
E’ il Artistic director dell’Reggina Domenico Scarlatt Musical Associationi in Reggio Calabria and Rome. Dal 2006 until 2010 he was the director of the 'Salvo D'Acquisto Polyphonic Choir’ Of Roma, placed under the High Patronage of the Military Ordinariate for Italy.
In November 2008 was invited by McCallum Fine Arts Academy Of Austin, Texas, to hold one masterclass to his youth orchestra (one of the best in Texas and the Southwest), on the study, in-depth analysis, the particularly rare technique and phrasing that produced the famous “sound of 18th century Naples”. The master concluded with a concert by the McCallum Fine Arts Academy Chamber Orchestra at The Long Center for the Performing Arts’ in Austin, TX, directed by Maestro Gioacchino Longobardi.
In November 2009 M° Vitolo was invited again by McCallum Academy to hold another masterclass to his youth orchestra; in March 2010 he returned to America, this time in the city of Albany, invited by Albany High School to hold a master's degree on 18th century Neapolitan music for his youth orchestra. The orchestra performed, at the end of the course, al W.E.Hachett Performing Arts Center di Albany, The, in a concert on the treasures of the 18th century Neapolitan.
In July 2009 He participated in the 34th edition of the Montepulciano International Art Site of Art (Siena) as composer of the show's music Mother Action stood‘ Of Sergio Sivori, director and actor of the Laboratorium Teatro in Rome, with great success among the public and specialized critics (Music Journal July 2009). The show was then performed at the 'The Art of Gesture' Theater Festival’ of S. Severina, KR, in August 2009.
In June 2010 performed in a concert on Italian instrumental chamber music for the European music festival in Rome.
In December 2010 was invited by Saratoga Springs Youth Orchestra to hold one masterclass on the Neapolitan eighteenth century, concluded with the New Year's Eve concert in St. Peter's Church in Saratoga, The.
He teaches violin at J. Middle School. J. Winckelmann of Rome.
Dal 2015 it is also the Musical artistic director from the Roma Youth String Orchestra of Rome, formed by very young musicians.

Born in Napoli, M°Alberto Vitolo he took his first steps in to the world of music as treble voice at San Carlo Opera House. Graduated from the Conservatory of Music San Pietro a Majella di Napoli , with Angelo Gaudino,disciple of Alberto Curci. He later attended courses in Fiesole e Palermo , bringing to completion his studies in Symphony Chamber with Giuseppe Prencipe and Angelo Faja and Chamber Orchestra with music Carlo Pozzi, Giacinto Caramia and Trio di Trieste. Following his first experiences wistra. He participated in various tours in Italy and Europe. He also took courses in chamber music with Daniel Gaj, and an International Course in Excth Orchestra Italiana of Fiesole and Orchestra da Camera Siciliana of Palermo , he has performed with: Alessandro Scarlatti Orchestra, Italian International Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of Naples, Sophia Festival Orcheellence, in Sulmona, with Tchaikovsky Trio.
His recordings for R.A.I., Italian TV and Broadcasting Corporation, include Trio in Sol Minor of Smetana; in duo and trio performances he won numerous national competitions that led to an intense activity in Italy and abroad. He has dedicated many years to the study and research of unpublished or rarely performed works of the School of the eighteenth century Neapolitan music, by editing and revising transcripts, and in collaboration with Istituto Internazionale Domenico Scarlatti of Napoli has brought to light innumerable masterpieces of that School; such as, the Requiem of Niccolò Jommelli (1997 Aversa International Conference), Symphony 'Venice' by Pasquale Anfossi, whose Andante evinces Mozart’s plagiarism referred to on the front page of La Stampa di Torino, The Times of London, as well as on all national and foreign press. To celebrate the bicentennial of the 1799 Neapolitan Revolution, organized and sponsored by the Assessorship for the Identity of the City of Naples, he edited the revision and the production of the drama “The Pythagoreans”, music by Giovanni Paisiello and libretto by Vincenzo Monti, to commemorate the victims of the revolution. He revised a number of unpublished pieces including a Concert for flute and strings by Nicola Logroscino, and the Third Choir from Sacrificio di Abramo for choir and organ by Domenico Cimarosa, performed at Teatro di Corte of Palazzo Reale in Naples, in memory of Anatoly Solovianenko, the Ukrainian tenor, as part of the International Festival of the Eighteenth Century Neapolitan Music, Naples, on the 2nd of December 1999, sponsored by the Italian Premiership, European Parliament and Campania Region. He discovered, revised and transcribed a Symphony for two lyres and orchestra, attributed to W.. Mozart, performed at the Festival of Music, in Paris. As maestro concertante of the Chamber Orchestra of Naples, he revised and recorded the CD "Neapolitan Symphony", a collection of new unpublished symphonies of the eighteenth century Neapolitan masters (Before-Concert, Recording Company) .
In April 2004, he revised, recorded and performed Solemn Mass in D Major by Niccolò Jommelli with Sofia Festival Orchestra, as first violin and maestro concertante.
M° Vitolo is the Artistic Director of Reggina Domenico Scarlatti musical association of Reggio Calabria and Rome, Italy. He is the Artistic Director of the concert series 'Romatinèe Musicali' and 'Sonorità Italiana nel mondo' in Rome.
He is the concertmaster of the newly formed “Neapolitan Symphony Orchestra” of New York and the only Italian, together with its conductor Mº Gioacchino Longobardi.
The prestigious event, opening the activities of the Orchestra, took place at Jack Skirball Center for the Performing Arts, The, with a concert presenting works by XVIII Century Neapolitan Masters, almost all unedited and world premiere.
At Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimó, NYU, the event was presented by Prof. Robert O. The fence, of Northwestern University, Chicago, one of the leading scholars in the XVIII Century Neapolitan School.
In November 2009 Master Vitolo was again invited by the McCallum Academy to hold another masterclass to his youth orchestra; in March 2010 is back in America, this time in the city of Albany, invited by Albany High School to keep a master on his 700 Neapolitan youth orchestra. orchestra has performed, at the end of the course, W E Hachett the Performing Arts Center in Albany, NY in a concert on the treasures of Naples ‘700.
In July 2009 participated in the 34th edition of the Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte di Montepulciano (Siena) as a composer of music for the show 'Standing Mother Action' by Sergio Sivori, director and actor of the Laboratorium Teatro in Rome, with great success with audiences and critics (Journal of Music in July 2009).
